The "Brezza 3" apartments are for 8 people. They consist of: dining room with kitchen and furnished terrace, three air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle; the kitchen is equipped with all useful and indispensable equipment (pots, glasses, cutlery).
The furnishings are contemporary, linear and comfortable. In each apartment there is free wi-fi and TV. It is also possible to dine or have lunch outdoors on the furnished terrace. Sheets and towels are provided upon request (for a fee). Pets are allowed. There is a supplement for cleaning costs. The washing machine is shared with the guests of the residence.

Additional Details
Rates are for weekly stays. The tourist tax (up to a maximum of Euro 0.90 per person per day) is not included in the rates. Bed linen and towels if required € 10 per person. Final cleaning € 50. Pets allowed: supplement of € 50. Arrival and departure are scheduled for Saturday, respectively after 16.00 and before 10.00. Deposit upon booking and balance upon arrival.
